The Hixus Software brand name is owned and operated by Multimedia Australia Pty. Ltd.. We are committed to publishing software products and providing services of exceptional quality that are easy to use. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, this refund policy explains when we will give a refund.

To help you ensure that our products are perfect for your requirements, free, fully-functional trial versions of most Hixus software products are available to download from our website. Comprehensive product and service information is also available. To help you make the right decision, you can also contact a customer service representative.

If you require help using or otherwise installing our software, free technical support is also available.

We ask that you please choose carefully before making your purchase, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

If you are entitled to a refund, you can choose between a refund, exchange or we may attempt to correct the problem for you.

Please note that after making your purchase for a software product, you will be supplied with a registration code and/or full version download. Registration codes are changed on a regular basis to deter illegal software piracy. The registration code you are supplied upon completion of your order is valid for the current version of the product available at the time of purchasing, not necessarily the trial version you may have downloaded on a previous occasion.

Since you may not have a physical product to return when requesting a refund for an electronic purchase, we may require you to deactivate the product and/or sign a declaration that you will discontinue use of the product prior to completing your refund.
